1. When you book accommodations, flights or attractions Next Journey will be solely a service provider and responsible for the platform. It is not a service provider and is not responsible for travel products.

2. We pay close attention to the content of our platform services. (Details and conditions on the platform are obtained from us by the service provider) to the extent that the content is only permitted by law. We cannot be held responsible for errors, interruptions or missing portions of data. But we will do everything possible to correct it as soon as possible.

3. We are not a party to the terms between you and the provider. The carrier is solely responsible for such travel products.

4. To make a reservation, you may be required to create your account in order to save your booking history and collect points to redeem rewards. Please ensure that all of your information is accurate and up-to-date. Otherwise you may experience inability to access your travel products. You are responsible for what happens to your account. So please do not allow other people to use this account. And please keep your username and password confidential.

5. We will display the offers available in the appropriate language for you. You can change to another language whenever you want.

6. You must be at least 16 years old to use our platform. unless otherwise stated.

7. When you make a reservation You agree to pay for the cost of travel products. This includes any fees and taxes that may be charged.

8. Obvious errors or typographical errors will be void. We may cancel the booking and refund the amount you have paid.

9. If the service provider requires prepayment. Payment or authorization may be charged or authorized when you make a reservation. And this amount may not be refunded, so before you make a reservation. Please check your provider’s prepayment policy. 10. You will see different currency exchange rates during the booking process. (We have multiple currencies to choose from) in your account’s booking information or in the emails we send you. If we charge a fee for such services You will see the fee listed as a percentage in addition to the European Central Bank rate. Your card issuer may charge an international transaction fee.

11. When you make a reservation By signing up, you accept the relevant policies as shown in the booking process. 13. Some bookings cannot be canceled for free. While some items can be canceled for free only before the specified date.
